Four-person apartment (NEW!!)

The apartment is located below the holiday home, directly on the sunny garden and has a nice private terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and has its own front door, which gives access to the living space with open kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, sink, induction hob and a combi oven and is fully equipped with all cooking utensils. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms are directly adjacent to this living space.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (box spring), a smart TV, a walk-in closet and beautiful panoramic views of the sunny private terrace, the garden and the mountains.

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet. The bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen.

Finally, you will find a separate 2nd bedroom with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for clothes.

The apartment includes bath and bed linen for all persons. There is free wifi, a BBQ for a barbecue evening and a private parking space for the car.

It is possible to have breakfast in our breakfast room or you can order fresh kaiser rolls / whole wheat rolls daily via bread service. Feel free to ask us about the possibilities. You can indicate per day what you want.

Every summer season, all our guests receive the Holiday Plus Card free of charge during their stay. This allows them to make fun activities and excursions in the region, which are free or at a discount. For example, think of the lifts and gondolas on Nassfeld, access to the beach pool Hermagor on the Presseggersee, discount on the entrance to the Garnitzenklamm and free public transport in the region.

The double rooms with balcony are located on the first and second floor and have box-spring beds of 1.80 x 2.00 mt or 2x single beds on request. Furthermore, the room has: TV, Wifi, coffee and tea facilities, hairdryer and a safe. The bathrooms have a luxury shower, sink and private toilet. Each room has a sitting area and a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains. The daily fresh breakfast is included in the room price.

In some rooms it is possible to place an extra bed. This is only possible on request.

Comfortable apartment for 4 people located on the ground floor. The apartment has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with an electric 4-burner hob, oven, coffee maker and kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. There is also a cozy seating area for 4 people. One double box-spring bed is in the living area and there is one separate bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and there is also a separate toilet. The apartment also has satellite TV, WiFi connection and a safe. From the apartment you reach the covered private terrace with garden furniture and great views of the mountains. Vakantiehuis

Next to our Gästehaus there is a large holiday home (100m3) for 4 to a maximum of 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms. We have also installed a washing machine, which you can use during your stay. The house has balconies off the large bedrooms, private parking for 2 cars and you can use the communal garden with sun loungers and swing benches. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area, spacious hall, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and one spacious bedroom with one bunk bed and one double box spring bed of 1.80 x 2.00 mt. The second floor can be reached via the stairs in the spacious hall and has a bathroom with bath, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one bedroom with a fixed double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m. Breakfast is not included, but this can of course be booked additionally if bread service is possible.
